Request account and data deletion
Pet Jet is published by Kayo Services & Consulting, LLC. You can permanently delete your Pet Jet account and all associated data at any time.
Delete from inside the app
Sign in, open Account, and choose Delete my account. After you confirm, deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Open my accountWhat gets deleted
- • Your login credentials and profile (name, email, phone, emergency contacts)
- • All pet profiles, including microchip, vaccination and veterinary details
- • All trips, relocation IDs, flight and crate information
- • All uploaded documents and their stored files
- • All document checklist records and notes
Nothing is retained after deletion, other than records we are legally required to keep (for example transaction records, where applicable), which are removed within 30 days.
Request deletion by form
If you can no longer sign in, submit your account email below. We verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days.
